The founder of the Mahon Foundation, Mahon is a practising advocate in Johannesburg who routinely acts as an arbitrator and has been appointed as an acting Judge of the Pretoria High Court. He has a general commercial practice comprised mainly of company law, insolvency law, business rescue and construction law matters, along with some notable constitutional law and administrative law work.
